The Axioms and Theorems of a Neutral System PART
III.
THE COROLLARIES .
Lesson 18. Corollaries for the Economy.
I. FROM THE LAW OF THE FULCRUM TO A NEW UNDERSTANDING OF
THE ECONOMY.
In the Axioms of the Law of the Fulcrum, Master Phạm Hùng
Sơn established a foundational proposition: “Every system has a Fulcrum.”
This is an Axiom of very broad scope. It applies not only to
a physical object, an individual, or an organization, but to every system that
has structure, movement, and the capacity for development.
From the above Axiom, we may continue to develop and expand
as follows: If the economy is viewed as a system, it cannot stand outside this
Axiom.
An economy consists of people, enterprises, markets,
resources, technology, institutions, and countless other interactive
relationships. These components do not exist independently; they are
interconnected to form a whole that is constantly in motion. Therefore, before
asking how much capital an economy possesses, how many resources it has, or
what percentage growth rate it achieves, a more fundamental question must first
be posed:
Where is the Fulcrum of that economy?
This is not a question of operational technique. This is a
question of principle.
For if every system needs a Fulcrum to orient its movement,
then the development of an economy cannot be explained solely by the increase
of resources.
A nation may possess abundant natural resources yet still
develop slowly. A nation may begin with very few resources yet still rise
powerfully.
If one looks only at the quantity of resources, it is very
difficult to explain that difference.
But under the perspective of the Law of the Fulcrum, a
different approach can emerge. Resources are the necessary condition for
development. The Fulcrum is the orienting factor that enables those resources
to fully realize their value.
When the Fulcrum is correct, resources can resonate,
complement, and promote one another. When the Fulcrum is misaligned, even very
large resources can be scattered, wasted, or cancel one another out.
At this point, the concept of sustainable development also
needs to be re-examined from a deeper angle. An economy that is not sustainable
is not necessarily so because it lacks resources. Often, what is lacking is a
Fulcrum that is sufficiently correct for all resources to move in a unified
direction.
This is no longer merely a matter of economic policy. This
is a matter of the operating principles of systems.
And from here, the Law of the Fulcrum opens a new approach
to the economy: instead of only seeking additional resources, one must identify
and construct the Fulcrum so that the entire resources of the system can be
awakened, connected, and brought into harmonious play.
The first corollary that can be drawn is: An economy does
not develop sustainably primarily because it has many resources, but because it
has established a correct Fulcrum so that all resources move according to law
and together toward the development of the whole system.
II. GROWTH IS NOT IDENTICAL WITH DEVELOPMENT.
In the second Axiom, Master Phạm Hùng Sơn pointed out a very
important principle: “The Fulcrum does not create energy; it orients
energy.”
This is a proposition that not only helps explain the
movement of systems in general, but also opens a new perspective on economic
development.
From the above Axiom, we may continue to develop and expand
as follows: If the economy is placed under the view of a system, then capital,
labor, natural resources, science and technology, knowledge, data, and the
creative capacity of human beings can all be regarded as forms of energy of the
economic system. They constitute the potential for the economy to move and
develop.
However, the presence of resources is not synonymous with
development. A large amount of capital invested in the wrong direction can
become a burden. Abundant natural resources exploited unsustainably can
diminish future developmental capacity. A large labor force that is not
oriented and properly utilized can also struggle to generate lasting strength.
These phenomena show that what decides is not only how much
energy an economy has, but how that energy is oriented.
That is precisely the meaning of the second Axiom when
illuminated in the field of economics. The Fulcrum does not directly create
capital. It does not directly create wealth. Nor does it directly create
productivity. But the Fulcrum orients those resources so that they meet where
they need to meet, complement what needs to be complemented, and together head
toward the common developmental goal of the whole system.
From this angle, an economy with a high growth rate is not
necessarily a sustainably developing economy. Growth reflects the quantitative
increase of certain economic indicators over a given period. Development, by
contrast, reflects the qualitative movement of the entire system over time.
An economy truly develops only when the increase in
resources simultaneously increases the capacity for self-adjustment, the
ability to innovate, resilience in the face of fluctuations, and the quality of
human life. Otherwise, growth may be merely an accumulation of scale and not
yet the maturation of the system.
From this it can be seen that the difference between growth
and development does not lie only in statistical indices, but also in the
Fulcrum that is guiding the movement of the economy. When the Fulcrum is
correct, growth becomes an expression of development. When the Fulcrum is
misaligned, even a high growth rate can conceal imbalances accumulating inside
the system.
The corollary that can be drawn is: The Law of the
Fulcrum shows that the value of an economy is decided not only by the quantity
of resources it possesses, but also by the capacity to orient those resources
so that they move according to law and together serve the sustainable
development of the whole system. Therefore, growth only reflects the increase
of energy; development reflects the quality of the Fulcrum that is orienting
that energy.
III. THE GREATEST VALUE OF AN ECONOMY IS THE CAPACITY FOR
SELF-ADJUSTMENT.
In the Theorem of Self-Adjustment, Master Phạm Hùng Sơn
pointed out an important principle: A sustainable system does not exist by
continuous external control, but by the capacity for self-adjustment from
within.
This Theorem not only helps explain the operation of
biological or social systems, but also opens a new approach to the development
of an economy.
From the above proposition, we may continue to develop and
expand as follows: In practice, no economy completely avoids fluctuations.
Cycles of growth and decline, technological change, market shifts, natural
disasters, or unexpected crises are always part of economic life.
If absolute stability is taken as the criterion of a strong
economy, then almost no economy achieves it. Therefore, the core issue is not:
How can an economy never encounter difficulties? But rather: Does the economy
possess sufficient capacity to overcome difficulties by itself and continue to
develop?
That is precisely the meaning of the Theorem of
Self-Adjustment when illuminated in the field of economics. An economy with the
capacity for self-adjustment will know how to receive signals from reality,
identify deviations in the development process, and gradually adjust to adapt
to new circumstances.
That adjustment does not take place only at the policy
level. It also takes place in each enterprise, each industry, each worker, and
in the very behavior of the market. When the capacity for self-adjustment is
present at many levels, the entire system forms an internal resilience against
external fluctuations.
Conversely, if every adjustment must depend on coercive
external interventions, the economy will increasingly rely on intervention
measures, while the system’s own adaptive capacity gradually diminishes.
Under the angle of the Law of the Fulcrum, it can be seen
that a correct Fulcrum does not create rigid stability. A correct Fulcrum
creates the capacity for self-adjustment. A system is truly sustainable only
when it can both maintain its developmental direction and remain flexible
enough to adapt to the ceaseless changes of the environment. That is also the
difference between maintaining an old state and continuously evolving.
From this it can be seen that the strength of an economy is
measured not only by GDP scale, growth rate, or the quantity of accumulated
assets. At a deeper level, that strength is also measured by the capacity for
self-adjustment so as to continue developing after every fluctuation. That is
the true sign that a system has formed a correct Fulcrum.
The corollary that can be drawn is: A sustainable economy
is not an economy without crises, but an economy that has the capacity for
self-adjustment so as to turn every fluctuation into an opportunity to perfect
itself. When the capacity for self-adjustment becomes an intrinsic capability of
the whole system, development no longer depends primarily on external impacts,
but is maintained from the very inner vitality of the economy.
IV. TRUST IS A FORM OF FULCRUM OF THE ECONOMY.
In the Theorem of Information and Energy, Master Phạm Hùng
Sơn pointed out an important principle: “Information is the guiding
mechanism of energy.”
This proposition shows that energy does not by itself decide
the direction of its movement. It is information that is the factor orienting
energy so that it is concentrated, resonates, and is brought into effective
play.
From the above proposition, we may continue to develop and
expand as follows: If the economy is viewed as a system, then capital, labor,
technology, and resources are the sources of energy of that system. But what
decides the direction of movement of those energy sources does not lie only in
themselves.
Enterprises decide whether to invest or not. Citizens decide
whether to consume or save. Investors decide whether to expand or contract
production. All those decisions are deeply influenced by the way they receive
and evaluate information.
When information is clear, transparent, and consistent,
economic agents have a basis for making stable and long-term decisions.
Conversely, when information lacks transparency or is broken, uncertainty
increases. Economic decisions become shorter-term, more cautious, or more
defensive in nature.
From the perspective of the Law of the Fulcrum, this leads
to a noteworthy corollary. Information not only guides the flow of resources.
Information also contributes to forming trust. And it is precisely trust that
enables the millions of separate decisions of individuals and enterprises to
orient together toward a common expectation of the future.
Therefore, trust is not merely a psychological state. In an
economy, trust can be regarded as an expression of the Fulcrum that is exerting
its effect through information.
When the Fulcrum is correct, information becomes reliable.
When information is reliable, trust is consolidated. When trust is
consolidated, resources have the conditions to resonate and head toward
long-term development.
Conversely, if the Fulcrum is misaligned, information
gradually loses its orienting capacity. Trust then declines, resources become
scattered, and the system’s capacity for resonance is weakened.
This shows that at a deeper layer of the economy, what needs
to be constructed is not only capital or markets. What needs to be constructed
is also a Fulcrum sufficiently solid to build trust for the whole system.
The corollary that can be drawn is: An economy does not
move only by the flow of capital and goods; it also moves by the flow of
information and trust. When information is guided by a correct Fulcrum, trust
becomes the connecting strength of the resources of the whole system and
creates the foundation for sustainable development.
In traditional economics, trust is often regarded as a
psychological factor or a market variable. But under the perspective of the Law
of the Fulcrum, trust is not the starting point. Information is the guiding
mechanism. The Fulcrum is the foundation that creates the quality of
information.
In other words, the logical chain here is: Fulcrum →
Information → Trust → Economic energy → Sustainable development.
Trust does not arise by itself; it is nourished by
information, and the quality of information depends on the Fulcrum that is
orienting the entire system.
V. THE FULCRUM DOES NOT REPLACE THE INTERNAL STRENGTH OF
THE ECONOMY; IT AWAKENS THE INTERNAL STRENGTH OF THE ECONOMY.
In the fifth Axiom, Master Phạm Hùng Sơn pointed out a
principle of special significance for every system: “An external Fulcrum
truly has value only when it awakens the internal Fulcrum.”
This Axiom is first presented as a principle of human
development. However, if the economy is also a system, then that principle
retains its full value.
From the above Axiom, we may continue to develop and expand
as follows: In the process of economic development, state policies, investment
capital, external support, or scientific and technological achievements all
play important roles. But if the entire development rests only on external
impacts, the economy will gradually form a dependent mindset and diminish its
capacity for self-innovation.
What decides long-term development does not lie in how many
resources the system receives, but in whether the system can transform those
resources into its own internal strength.
That is also the meaning of the fifth Axiom when illuminated
in the field of economics. A good policy does not aim only at solving immediate
difficulties. A good policy must also create conditions for enterprises to
raise their competitive capacity, for workers to develop skills, for science
and technology to become a driving force of innovation, and for every economic
agent to increasingly be able to stand firm on its own capabilities.
Under this angle, the success of economic governance is not
measured by the ever-increasing degree of intervention by management agencies.
On the contrary, success is reflected in the fact that the system increasingly
has the capacity to operate effectively with ever-higher initiative on the part
of the agents within the economy.
At that point, the role of the State or of policy-makers is
also viewed in a different way. They are not the ones who create every value on
behalf of the economy. They construct the Fulcrum so that the entire economy
can bring its own value into play.
That is also the difference between support that creates
dependence and support that fosters maturity. One side increases the system’s
dependence. The other side awakens the inherent vitality of the system.
The corollary that can be drawn is: An economy can
develop sustainably only when external impacts are gradually transformed into
the intrinsic capabilities of the economy itself. The greatest value of the
Fulcrum is not to develop on behalf of the system, but to awaken the system so
that it develops by its own internal strength.
VI. FROM THE NATIONAL ECONOMY TO THE ECONOMY OF A
CIVILIZATION.
In the Axioms and Theorems of the Law of the Fulcrum, Master
Phạm Hùng Sơn always views every object of study under the perspective of a
system. That means no part exists completely separate from the whole to which
it belongs.
From that approach, we may continue to develop and expand as
follows: If the economy is a system, then it is simultaneously a part of larger
systems. An enterprise belongs to an economic sector. An economic sector
belongs to a national economy. A national economy is in turn a part of human
civilization.
When the scale of the system changes, the concrete
manifestations may differ. But the operating principle of the Fulcrum remains
unchanged.
This shows that economic development cannot be measured only
by the increase of material wealth. An economy may be very rich in resources,
yet if it degrades the living environment, breaks social balance, or diminishes
the developmental capacity of future generations, then that growth can hardly
be regarded as an expression of a sustainably developing system.
Conversely, an economy that knows how to nourish human
beings, encourage creativity, use resources reasonably, and create conditions
for successive generations to continue developing will contribute to increasing
the vitality of the entire civilization.
Under the angle of the Law of the Fulcrum, it can be seen
that the ultimate goal of the economy is not merely to create more wealth. The
deeper goal is to create the conditions for life to develop harmoniously and
sustainably throughout the entire system.
At this point, the Law of the Fulcrum also meets the tripod
system that we have built throughout the work. If the Mission of Maitreya poses
the question: Why must human beings develop? If the Hồng Bàng Yi points out:
According to what laws does life develop? Then the Law of the Fulcrum continues
to answer: Where must human beings act so that those laws can be realized in
economic and social life?
The three works are therefore not separate from one another.
They all head toward a common goal but assume different roles. One work
establishes the purpose. One work discovers the laws. One work points out the
method.
That very unity opens a new way of looking at the economy.
The economy is no longer merely the activity of creating and distributing
wealth. The economy becomes a mode of organizing resources so that human beings
can live in accordance with law, bring internal strength into play, and
co-evolve in an increasingly harmonious system.
The corollary that can be drawn is: A sustainable economy
not only creates material value for the present, but must also contribute to
constructing the conditions for human beings, society, and civilization to
continue developing in the future. At that point, the economy is no longer an
end in itself, but becomes a mode of realizing the developmental laws of life
through a correct Fulcrum.
The Fulcrum is not only an object of study; it is gradually
becoming a method for understanding every system.
VII. EXPANDING THE MEANING OF THE COROLLARIES.
If the economy is viewed only as an activity of production,
exchange, and consumption, then the corollaries of the Law of the Fulcrum will
stop within the scope of economic policies or market activities. But if the
economy is viewed as a system of the movement of life, then the Axioms and
Theorems of Master Phạm Hùng Sơn open a wider space.
From the entire theoretical system that has been
constructed, we may continue to develop and expand as follows: Every economy
moves by energy. But energy by itself does not decide the direction of
development. What decides is the Fulcrum that orients that energy.
Therefore, the difference between an economy that develops
in the short term and an economy that develops sustainably does not lie only in
the quantity of wealth created. More deeply, it lies in whether that wealth
continues to nourish the vitality of the entire system.
If growth increases the capacity for learning, creativity,
cooperation, and self-adjustment of society, then that growth is becoming a
driving force of development. Conversely, if growth is traded for the
degradation of the living environment, the exhaustion of resources, the
increase of division, or the weakening of human internal strength, then the
increase in wealth may be only the expression of an accumulating imbalance.
Under the perspective of the Law of the Fulcrum, the economy
is therefore not only the art of creating more value. The economy is also the
art of constructing the conditions for value to continue to be generated. That
is the difference between exploiting resources and nourishing resources. An
economy that knows how to exploit will create wealth. An economy that knows how
to nourish will create the capacity to continue creating wealth. It is
precisely that capacity that is the foundation of sustainable development.
At this point, the Law of the Fulcrum also meets the tripod
system that we have built. If the Mission of Maitreya points out that the
development of human beings is the purpose of the evolutionary process, if the
Hồng Bàng Yi shows that that development must accord with the laws of the
universe and of life, then the Law of the Fulcrum continues to point out that
the economy is truly sustainable only when it knows how to construct the
correct Fulcrum so that those laws are realized in life.
The three works therefore do not speak of three different
fields. They together illuminate three aspects of a unified process. One work
answers why we must develop. One work answers according to what laws we
develop. One work answers where we must act so that that development can become
reality.
Perhaps for that reason, the deep value of the economy does
not lie only in creating wealth. The deeper value is to contribute to building
an environment in which human beings can bring their capacities into play,
resonate with one another, and develop together in harmony with the laws of
life.
That is also the moment when the concept of sustainable
development is understood in a broader sense. Sustainability is not only
maintaining the growth rate. Sustainability is maintaining the capacity to
continue evolving.
When an economy can continuously awaken human internal
strength, continuously build trust, continuously raise the capacity for
self-adjustment, and continuously nourish the conditions for life to continue
developing, then that economy does not only create wealth for today. It is
contributing to constructing the foundation for the future.
Perhaps the greatest corollary that the Law of the Fulcrum
suggests for the economy does not lie in finding a new development model, but
in suggesting a new way of looking at the very purpose of development. The
Fulcrum does not create wealth. The Fulcrum helps wealth be created according
to law, allocated in the right direction, and used for the right purpose.
And precisely for that reason, an economy truly develops
only when the increase in wealth simultaneously increases the developmental
capacity of human beings, of society, and of civilization.
“The Fulcrum does not first make a system rich. The
Fulcrum makes the system know how to create and nourish wealth in a sustainable
manner.”
From the analyses above, we may continue to develop and
expand one more perspective. In economic life, people usually concern
themselves with how to create more wealth, more jobs, or higher growth rates.
Those are all important goals. However, under the perspective of the Law of the
Fulcrum, perhaps a more fundamental question needs to be posed: What creates
the capacity to continue creating wealth in the future?
This is no longer a question about results. This is a
question about the generative capacity of the system.
If an economy concentrates only on exploiting existing
resources without simultaneously nourishing human beings, knowledge, trust,
creative capacity, and the capacity for self-adjustment, then today’s wealth
may be traded for tomorrow’s decline. Conversely, if every economic achievement
contributes to increasing the quality of human beings, consolidating social
trust, encouraging innovation, and raising the self-developmental capacity of
the whole system, then wealth is not only created, but the capacity to create
wealth is also continuously expanded.
From that perspective, it can be seen that the difference
between growth and sustainable development does not lie only in how long it
lasts. More deeply, it lies in whether the system is depleting its internal
strength or building up its own internal strength.
That is also a corollary that can continue to be inferred
from the Law of the Fulcrum. A correct Fulcrum not only helps the system
operate effectively in the present. A correct Fulcrum also helps the system
continuously increase its own developmental capacity.
At this point, the concept of capital can also be viewed
under a broader angle. Capital is not only money. Capital is also knowledge,
reputation, trust, a culture of cooperation, the quality of human beings, and
the innovative capacity of society as a whole. Those forms of “capital,” though
harder to measure, decide the long-term vitality of an economy.
If we continue to reason according to the logic of the Law
of the Fulcrum, we can arrive at a broader recognition: A truly rich and
strong economy is not the economy that possesses the most resources, but the
economy that has the capacity continuously to transform resources into internal
strength, internal strength into creativity, and creativity into sustainable
development.
At this point, the corollary of the Law of the Fulcrum no
longer stops within the scope of the economy. It suggests a general principle
for every system: The greatest wealth of a system does not lie in what the
system currently possesses, but in the capacity continuously to create new
values while still increasing its own vitality.
If that recognition is placed into the tripod system that we
are building, it can be seen that the three works continue to complement one
another naturally.
Perhaps for that reason, the value of the Law of the Fulcrum
for the economy does not lie in replacing existing economic theories. Its value
lies in providing a foundational principle for re-examining those theories
under the angle of systems, of life, and of sustainable development.
Perhaps that is also the deep corollary that the Law of the
Fulcrum suggests: an economy truly develops only when the increase in wealth
simultaneously increases the developmental capacity of human beings, of
society, and of the economy itself. At that point, wealth is no longer the
final destination, but becomes the means for life to continue developing
according to its own laws.
If we continue to reason from the Law of the Fulcrum, we can
recognize that the development of an economy depends not only on how much value
it creates, but also on how that value is returned to the system.
In nature, there is no sustainable development if energy
moves in only one direction. A stream that only flows away without being
replenished will gradually dry up. A forest that is only exploited without
being regenerated will lose its vitality. A body that only expends energy
without recovering will weaken over time.
If the Hồng Bàng Yi shows that every system of life operates
according to laws of balance and transformation, then under the perspective of
the Law of the Fulcrum, the economy does not stand outside that principle.
An economy is truly sustainable only when the values it
creates do not stop at increasing wealth, but also return to nourish precisely
those things that created the wealth. That is human beings. That is knowledge.
That is trust. That is the living environment. That is the capacity for
innovation. That is the capacity for self-adjustment of the whole system.
At that point, development is no longer a straight line
directed only toward growth. It becomes a self-nourishing cycle. Every
achievement of today becomes a Fulcrum for the development of tomorrow.
If that cycle is broken, growth may still continue for a
time, but the internal strength of the system will gradually diminish.
Conversely, if every achievement is transformed into a driving force for the
next steps of development, the economy will form an internal capacity for
growth that is continuously built up through each stage of development.
Perhaps this is also a deeper understanding of the concept
of investment. Investment is not only putting resources into the present in
order to obtain benefits in the future. At a deeper level, investment is
constructing new Fulcrums so that the developmental capacity of the system is
increasingly expanded.
Investment in human beings is constructing the Fulcrum of
knowledge. Investment in science is constructing the Fulcrum of creativity.
Investment in institutions is constructing the Fulcrum of trust. Investment in
culture is constructing the Fulcrum of resonance.
When viewed in this way, the value of investment is measured
no longer only by the profit created, but also by the capacity to increase the
developmental capacity of the entire system.
We can continue to draw a corollary as follows: A
sustainably developing economy not only knows how to create value, but also
knows how to transform every value into a new Fulcrum for the next stage of
development. When every achievement contributes to increasing the internal
strength of the system, development is no longer a series of disconnected
growth episodes, but becomes a process of self-nourishment and continuous
evolution.
Wherever there is sustainable development, there is a
correct Fulcrum helping values continuously connect, resonate, and nourish one
another.
If we continue to reason according to the logic of the Law
of the Fulcrum, we can recognize that the history of economic development can
also be viewed as the history of searching for the Fulcrum.
There was a time when human beings regarded natural
resources as the Fulcrum of wealth. After that, capital became the Fulcrum.
Next came machines, technology, and labor productivity. Today, knowledge, data,
innovation, and the quality of human resources are increasingly regarded as the
decisive factors of competitive capacity.
Each stage of development reflects a change in the way human
beings perceive the point of action that has the capacity to create the
greatest value.
If viewed under that angle, the Law of the Fulcrum does not
deny the achievements of economics. On the contrary, it suggests a more
comprehensive way of looking. The value of each period does not lie only in
discovering a new resource, but also in recognizing a new Fulcrum that has the
capacity to liberate resources that already existed but had not yet been
opened.
When human beings recognize the correct Fulcrum, even old
resources can create new values. Therefore, the history of economic development
is not only the history of accumulating resources. At a deeper level, it is
also the history of continuously discovering new Fulcrums of development.
Viewed in that way, the wealth of a nation does not lie only
in the ground, in factories, or in the financial system. Wealth also lies in
the capacity to discover the right place to act in order to awaken the
intelligence, the creative aspiration, and the spirit of resonance of human
beings.
Perhaps that is also the moment when the concept of
resources is expanded. Resources are not only what nature bestows. Human beings
are also a resource. Trust is also a resource. Culture is also a resource. The
capacity for cooperation is also a resource. And above all, the capacity to
recognize the correct Fulcrum is itself a special resource, because it decides
the way all other resources are awakened and transformed into value.
From that, we can continue to draw a corollary: The
greatest value of an economy does not lie only in the resources it currently
possesses, but also in the capacity continuously to recognize new Fulcrums in
order to liberate resources that have not yet been opened. It is precisely that
capacity that decides the creativity, the vitality, and the future of an
economy.
The Fulcrum helps potentials that have not yet been opened
recognize themselves.
If we continue to develop from the Axioms and Theorems of
the Law of the Fulcrum, we can see that the development of the economy is not
only the process of creating value, but also the process of continuously
raising the quality of the Fulcrum itself.
In the early stage of development, an economy may rely
heavily on natural resources. When the level of development is higher, the
Fulcrum gradually shifts to capital, technology, and organizational capacity.
But in highly developed economies, the decisive factor is increasingly no
longer resources or capital, but the quality of human beings and the quality of
institutions.
This shows that as the system evolves, the Fulcrum also
evolves. It does not change its nature, but changes the level of expression.
The deeper the Fulcrum goes, the greater the value it creates.
If viewed in that way, the competition among economies in
the twenty-first century is perhaps no longer primarily competition over
resources. Nor is it only competition over capital. At a deeper level, it is
competition over the capacity to construct Fulcrums of higher quality.
That may be an education that awakens creative capacity. An
institution that builds trust. A culture that encourages cooperation. A
scientific environment that promotes innovation. Or a mode of governance that
knows how to awaken human internal strength.
Each of those factors, viewed separately, has value. But
under the perspective of the Law of the Fulcrum, they also have a common
meaning. They all contribute to forming Fulcrums that increasingly have the
capacity to orient, awaken, and connect the strength of the whole system.
Perhaps for that reason, the development of an economy is
not only the journey of accumulating wealth. At a deeper level, it is the
journey of continuously raising the quality of the Fulcrums on which the
economy relies.
From that, we can continue to draw a corollary: The more
mature an economy becomes, the less it depends on possessing many resources,
and the more it depends on the quality of the Fulcrums that know how to orient,
awaken, and connect those resources. When the Fulcrum is raised, the entire
system is also raised.
CONCLUSION.
From the Axioms and Theorems that Master Phạm Hùng Sơn has
constructed, we may continue to develop and expand a new way of looking at the
economy.
If the economy is regarded as a system, then its development
depends not only on the quantity of resources currently possessed, but first of
all on the Fulcrum that is orienting, awakening, and connecting those
resources.
When the Fulcrum is correct, information has the capacity to
guide energy. Correct information builds trust. Trust helps resources resonate.
Resonance forms internal strength. Internal strength creates the capacity for
self-adjustment. And it is precisely the capacity for self-adjustment that
helps the economy develop sustainably.
Under that angle, sustainable development is no longer only
a goal of the economy. It is the natural corollary of a system that has found
the correct Fulcrum.
Perhaps for that reason, the value of the Law of the Fulcrum
for the economy does not lie in replacing existing economic theories. What the
Law of the Fulcrum suggests is a more foundational perspective: Every economic
model can exert long-term effectiveness only when it knows how to construct the
correct Fulcrum for its own development.
At this point, the tripod system that we have built also
appears more clearly. If the Mission of Maitreya contributes to illuminating
the purpose of development, if the Hồng Bàng Yi contributes to illuminating the
laws of development, then the Law of the Fulcrum contributes to illuminating
where action is needed so that those purposes and those laws can be realized in
economic life.
The three works do not replace one another. They complement
one another. One work helps human beings know why they must develop. One work
helps human beings understand according to what laws they develop. One work
helps human beings know where they must begin so that that development becomes
reality.
Perhaps that is also the deepest corollary that the Law of
the Fulcrum suggests for the economy. An economy is not truly rich when it only
creates much wealth. An economy is truly rich when every value created becomes
a new Fulcrum, helping human beings, society, and the economy itself continue
to develop.
And if the whole of Lesson 18 can be summarized in one
recognition, then perhaps it is: The Fulcrum does not first make an economy
rich. The Fulcrum makes the economy capable of continuously creating,
nourishing, and regenerating wealth according to the laws of life.
The Fulcrum does not act on behalf of the system. The
Fulcrum awakens the capacity for the system to perfect itself and evolve by
itself.

OF THE FULCRUM – The Axioms and Theorems of a Neutral System. PART III.
THE COROLLARIES. Lesson 19. Corollaries for Culture and the Family.
